Sarah Graham is a celebrated cookbook author, television host, and culinary instructor with a passion for simple, wholesome, and flavor-packed cooking. Originally from Zimbabwe, Sarah’s love for food was deeply influenced by her upbringing on a family farm, where fresh, local ingredients were a way of life.
After studying at the University of Cape Town, Sarah launched her food writing career in 2010 with the creation of her blog. She quickly gained recognition for her approachable recipes and storytelling, leading to a groundbreaking cookbook deal—becoming the first South African food blogger to publish with Random House. Since then, she has authored multiple cookbooks, including BITTEN and SUPER NATURAL, which focuses on plant-based, whole-food recipes.
Sarah’s expertise extends to television, where she has hosted award-winning cooking shows such as Sarah Graham Cooks Cape Town and Sarah Graham’s Food Safari, aired in over 40 countries worldwide. Her on-screen presence and ability to make cooking accessible and enjoyable have made her a trusted voice in the food industry.
With a deep-rooted philosophy of “putting goodness in and getting goodness out,” Sarah is committed to inspiring others to embrace natural, nourishing ingredients. While not a certified nutritionist, she is a dedicated advocate for whole foods, sustainable cooking, and mindful eating.
